PORTFOLIO INQUIRY:

BACKGROUND

The Portfolio Assignment is the culminating project for the teacher education program at the Elementary Teacher Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.

It's an opportunity to take the first steps in articulating a philosophy of teaching, documenting my own practice, and supporting the development of my thoughts with artifacts.

My inquiry question focuses on how family and community can be used as a resource in teaching.
